A: At McBean Australia, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with extended validation that provides 256 bit encryption to all data sent to and from our website.

A: The only time personal details are provided to a 3rd party is when we believe a consumer is actively using a credit card or Debit Card for fraudulent purposes.

On occasion McBean will have a presence at various events, shows, expo’s and festivals around Australia. These events are listed on the McBean Events Calendar on our website.

Q: Can I change my order?
A: Yes, but only if the order has not been processed for delivery.
If you would like to make amendments to your order please contact us at CustomerCare@Mcbean.com.au. You will need your order number or payment receipt so we can quickly attend to your request.
Q: When is my order processed and sent?
A: We process and ship all orders within Ten (10) business days. We do not process or ship orders on Public Holidays.
Q: I can’t select the product I want
A: If your preferred item is listed as “Out of Stock”, you will still be able to order the product you want, but the delivery time may be determined by manufacture timelines. We will contact you as soon as the item becomes available.
Q: Is GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) included for International orders?
A: We ship worldwide and acknowledge some countries do not have GST.
For items selected for shipping to destinations outside Australia the GST is deducted from the total cost in the shopping cart.
GST is included in the displayed prices as Australia is our primary market.
Q: I just placed an order but I didn’t receive an email confirmation
A: Confirm you finished the checkout process and completed the order. The last page displays the order number; this is your receipt.
If you have completed your order and cannot find the email sent to you, check the spam or junk folder of your email account. Please add www.mcbean.com.au to your safe sender list in order to receive emails from us.
If the email cannot be found, contact customercare@mcbean.com.au and they will confirm whether the order was successfully submitted and/or a payment made.
Q: Will I have to pay any additional taxes and/or duties ?
A: International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country.
Although this doesn’t always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country.
Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an ‘Additional Postage Fee’.

Q: Can you mark my parcel as a gift?
A: In accordance with international customs regulations all parcels must be marked as “Merchandise” with the appropriate value. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being denied and then returned to sender.
Q: How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?
A: Gift Vouchers can be purchased from the Products Store in the same manner as buying McBean Branded Products.
Q: I have a discount code, how do I use it?
A: Simply apply your code in the appropriate field during the payment step of the checkout.
If you have multiple codes, simply separate them with a comma or space.
